Apple Crisp Skillet

Here's another great recipe from Brown Eyed Baker.  

What drew me to this recipe was the cast-iron skillet.  

I love how this recipe has you mixing and cooking everything in the cast iron skillet 

and then sticking it in the oven to bake.  

It has a great 'presentation factor' this way.  

I serve my Apple Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream.
